What is MyMT Manager?
MyMT Manager is a comprehensive application management tool designed specifically for students applying to BFA Musical Theater and Acting programs. It helps you research schools, track applications, manage auditions, and make final decisions—all in one organized platform.
Who can use MyMT Manager?
MyMT Manager is built for students leading their application process, parents who want to support their student, and coaches who guide multiple students. Each role has customized features and appropriate access levels to ensure everyone can collaborate effectively.
How much does it cost?
MyMT Manager is currently free to use. We're focused on building the best possible tool for the MT and Acting application community. You can get started right away without a credit card.
Is my data private and secure?
Absolutely. Your data is private by default. Students control who has access to their information—you choose if and when to share access with parents or coaches. We use industry-standard security practices to keep your information safe, and you can export your data anytime.
How do coaches access student information?
Coaches can send connection requests to students. Once a student accepts, the coach can view that student's applications, progress, and deadlines—but they don't get password access to the student's account. Coaches can add notes, create lists, and research schools on behalf of their students.
How many schools are in the database?
We currently have 180+ BFA Musical Theater and Acting programs in our database, including prescreen requirements, audition formats, deadlines, and cost information. We're continually updating and adding new programs.
Can I track both academic and artistic applications?
Yes! MyMT Manager is designed to help you balance both your academic and artistic applications. Each application tracks academic deadlines, prescreen requirements, and audition dates—so you can see the complete picture for every school.
How do I get started?
